Hmm! It's gone very dark. I think we're in for a downpour.

....I actually updated one machine to V21H1 on weekend, very brave of me...
    Good morning Ken.

I don't think any bravery was required. I had no hesitation in taking the update on all my 20H2 machines that were offered it in Windows Update (4 out of 6 (7 now)).

TBH I don't think MS changed anything except for the major build number in Winver (some of my 20H2 already had 'news & interests'). I think MS felt obliged to issue a 'May 2021 Update' just because they were expected to, that and to bump up the 'end of service' date by another 6 months.

    Afternoon Andre.

Yes Macrium reported they are having an issue with their content delivery process. They posted on their forum it should be resolved in the next few hours.

Afternoon Bree. I'm always cautious with Windows Feature updates even though it is a quick restore back. Just don't need the hassle.

Well gents, time to get the shovels out.

21H1 seems a 'feature update' in name only. All the new features expected for 21H1 now seem to have been pushed back into 21H2. I think Covid is to blame for slowing down the development work.

Well 21H1 is a combination of 19041, 19042, 19043 & everything in between. MS has got the entire Windows 10 user base confused. I heard yesteryear that 21H2 maybe 19044.XXXX which will really be a mess.
