It's 67° and cloudy. Gonna get down to 48° tonight, so the chicks will have to have their light on.

I got a new larger waterer, since they knock the quart water jar over when it gets close to empty. I'll probably get a larger feeder next week.

Hopefully the cold nights will be over soon and I won't have to light up their night.

I'm with Andre on this - as far as I'm concerned it's still 'night time' for me until I decide to go to bed (even if that's just before the dawn )

Not necessarily, I have been known to sleep in until after midday - particularly after going to bed just before dawn
