Why not activate it then ?

Is this a legal one you actually bought yourself ?
It is an retail key, but it is came preinstalled. The Windows 7 Home Premium is not used. So if I have 1 PC unactivated, I would rather use it there, or in an VM.

Why, If I want to reinstall W10 Pro, I would need my MS account so I can activate it.....
Not at all. Once a PC has had W10 Pro activated on it, then a digital licence linked to the PC's unique hardware ID is stored on the Microsoft activation servers. You just clean install W10 Pro and skip entering a key when asked. As soon as it can contact the activation servers it will activate from the existing digital licence.

Also, I sticked an Ethernet Cable on my PC. And it wouldn't come out. If I want to use Local Account, I will need to turn off the router, causing no internet in my whole house.

You could always unhook the "other" end of the Ethernet cable.

Only when installing Home are you forced to use an MS account if setting up while connected. Pro still allows you to choose an offline account.
