Wow once these hackers get a hold of your email password they are persistent. Installed a mail rule, enabled forwarding and behind scenes that sync their mobile device to your account.

Also check all the recovery options to make sure they hadn't got their fingers in there. Little pain in the As....


MS gives you an option to wipe data from phone (part of their email offering, very slick) and you can boot their mobile device off account. They keep reconnecting but with new complex password they can sync.
