Welp, I have WinaeroTweaker installed.

In Winaero... there's File > Import/export tweaks.
For every tweak there is a link for how to do it manually, if desired.
Generally, I just do a tweak when I decide I need it.
They are sorted into groups like: Boot, Context Menu, etc., which makes it easier to find things.
Lastly... some settings need a reboot to activate them. It will tell you when in lower left corner.

A few of the tweaks I did right away were...

Disable Driver Updates
"Install" command for CAB files
"Open with" for Batch files
Take Ownership
Disable Cortana
Disable Telemetry
Shortcut Arrow
One setting that is cool is... Boot Options > Always show Advanced boot options.


These were the first things I wanted to do. Your choices will ofc be your own. Just keep in mind you don't have to do them all right away... just do them when the need arises.

Occasionally, a Windows Update will revert a setting. Like the "Disable Telemetry" setting, for example.
If it happens, I just re-checkmark it.

I have enabled Disable Ads and Disable Telemetry. As well as Advanced Customisation stuff.
