Same in my area. I noticed this past Tuesday, when I went for my second Pfizer shot, there were signs posted, stating an appointment was no longer needed, 'Walk-ins welcomed'.
I hope this will encourage more people to get the vaccine.

Well I've been for several medical visits, nothing important, been impressed with the way they are handling procedures. One place, I was not impressed and twice now I've delayed second visit. I told them I'm postponing as I didn't feel safe.
Blood donor clinic this Tuesday
The news has been highlighting that fact, the drop in vaccinations. Not sure if we have any walk in clinics here but last time I called the pharm they added an option to the menu to schedule a vax.
We're still putting off doc visits if we can. Most of their offices are in the hospital building & my Wife doesn't feel safe going there yet. Not to mention they're on the upper floors & she doesn't want to have to get into an elevator with other people.
Speaking of, my Wife says we're late for breakfast, so off to have that.

Hospitals up here are very safe. Saw lots of reports where people are putting things off and actually placing themselves at greater risk.
