    Nuthin works..., not for a stacked array, anyway...

    ... when I snap a window to the top, I don't want it to escape to the upper screen...

    Actually, my biggest peeve is not being able to slam my pointer against the top edge to open and close tabs rapidly on the empty window header by middle click!

    No, the Nvidia Control Panel mirrors what's happening here, (or vise versa...)...
