The pictures I posted above were taken with a Pi 3B+ running Motion Eye OS. V2.1 Camera on a Pimoorni Pan tilt hat setup. 1280 x 720.

EDIT: This camera is in the middle of the left side pane of our bedroom window. That window faces away from the front of the house towards the sidewalk. I originally installed it to keep an eye on my dog when she is tied up out front. The pan tilt made it easy to get it just where I need it focused. Plus let me change where it looks, also keep an eye on my car.

They just went up and down our street widening it to two lanes. My car is about 2/3 d's clear. One side and the front are cleared of snow. Just have to clean the top off and I can likely get it out of the driveway to clean up what's left. That's on tomorrows agenda, way too sore to do anymore tonight.

"one of the ogers isn't working right"

Sounds like you broke one of the shear pins. If you can spin it with your hand, with the engine off. And it doesn't turn when you engage it with the engine on. Its shear pin has broken. Your snow blower should have come with a couple of spares and a wrench. On mine there is a plastic compartment between the engine and auger. They are in there.

The PITA part is lining the holes in the ager sleeve up with the hole in the drive shaft. I've had to do it once. Outside in the cold.

When you can get it out sock it with WD 40. I guess I got lucky. I taped what was left of the old one out with a new one. The PITA part was lining up the holes on the auger with the one in the drive shaft.
