That's good to hear. I had some of that myself last night. Just getting ready to take Missy out for an early morning walk, want to try and beat the heat.

Just redoing a couple of my camera setups. Moved one of my pan tilts from a 3A+ to a 4B 8 gig. The 4B with 8gig of Ram gets me some really nice frames per second, and better quality video. I'm getting ~25 fps at 1280 by 720. I'm lucky to get half that on a 3A+.
That being said, a 3A+ is more than enough for just viewing the feed to see if somebody is at your front door etc. If you want good videos of wildlife like birds or deer, the 4B is the way to go. IMHO. I had a 4B sitting there doing nothing so why not.
The 3A+ still has a camera on it, just no pan tilt function.

I sold my pi 4 8gig ,left me with a pi4/4gig,turns out to be a mistake on my part ,the pi4gig is so much slower when using it for a internet Pi,,, I need to make an effort to use it to setup a camera for outside ,I gotta get motivated ,im' trying :)

I have four cameras on at this moment. Two of them are pan tilt setups. And two of them are Pi 4B's. One of the Pan tilts is a 4B and the other is a 3B+. I make good use of them. My HD camera is on a 4B 8 gig.
    It's a trickle down situation for me. A 4B replaces a 3B, that 3B replaces a 3A, that 3A replaces an A+ etc. When I got my Pi 400 that freed up a 4B.

Lately It's been going in spurts for me. I do a bunch of tinkering, then take a break. Wash rinse and repeat, lol.

the more i look through what i have, I dont really have much [that still works ] mostly pi zeros ,10 of them and 1-pi2b ,1-3b+ ,and 1-Micro:Bit ,and small bunch of Pico's ,,no rime, nor reason why i have so many ,except "my own memory issue" it was like i forgot what i had when plaing orders ,i guess ! when it cools off in Aug.I'll start putting them with a pHat and flash some red lights ,lol

You guys might want to have a look at this if you are interested to test some components for your Pi related projects.

I've been wanting one or two of those. I may just flip a coin and wait and see if Pimoroni gets some in stock too. I have some other stuff I want from them.
My replacement Tufty finally went back in stock and shipped, last Friday. Free replacement for the free one I got that had an LCD screen failure.
