Looks like I may have to get working on my night vision camera. Went out this morning to hang some wet mats over the railing and herd some noise. Then noticed a racoon siting on the railing watching me. Must have been raiding the bird feeders. I could hear another one growling down in the yard. Couldn't see it though, 4AM and pitch black outside and no lights. I'm not usually up this early, was having a bad night, restless sleep, the cat wanted out, so I just got up and stayed up.
I have a sort of working one, noir camera and two IR LED's. It needs more LED's though. I have a bunch more, just have to get at it and add them to get more IR light for better illumination.

So so, it takes 10 days or so for them to have any real effect and I'm not there yet. I'm still doing forum stuff, just haven't done any real hands on stuff for a while. Neck and shoulders are really sore which makes it hard to do any tinkering / soldering etc.

Nope, I do remember talking about tripods for the new HQ camera. I made a stand for mine and the Pi 4B with my left over Open Beam stuff.
I know you did buy at least one, it was the Pimoroni one I thought?

I've seen the Lora stuff at Adafruit. Adafruit Industries, Unique & fun DIY electronics and kits
It's basically WIFI but at 900 MHz. It's wireless communication with better range than 2.4Ghz and not nearly as congested. It's still low power as its an unlicensed frequency.

Had a go at this, GitHub - matemaciek/keybow2040-circuitpython: CircuitPython library for the Pimoroni Keybow 2040 but couldn't get the listed example to work?
No errors, but nothing happens when I press a key? The Pimoroni Demo worked OK in Micro Python though so I know its not a hardware issue.
It's the PICO RGB Keypad I got from you.
