The Pimoroni examples will do it for you, but not how I want to do it. The LED Ring examples go all fancy with rainbow colors. Thats great but it makes it hard to spot a dead LED. One red not working or one green etc. The other two will light up and give you a color, just not the right color. It took a while but I did up my own file that lights up all the Red, then all the Green, then all the Blue, then lights them all up White. All good. Buttons and encoder wheel checked out OK too. I'm gotten Unicorn Hat HD's where one of the Led's was RG instead of RGB.
