I like the Buick Riviera's myself , stopped making them in 1999 .....only made 1250 of them that year, not many left on the road today ....less than 100 of them. Took me 3 years to find mine ...that was close enough for me to drive too and buy. The engine is Supercharged from the factory too

You know what else is getting hard to find...2 door cars (coupes). I see that Honda & a couple other cars we got in the past don't even offer a 2 door option anymore.

Since it's just me & my Wife, we don't see any need for 4 doors, plus with a coupe it's easier to get in/out as the doors are bigger.

You can still get a 2 door if you opt for a sport car, but as for standard cars, not so much an option anymore.

All the Riviera's made were 2 doors, as they were Buick's Sport cars ....

Nice car, but still to big for my tastes.

Mine 'sports' a humble 848cc block, but still holds its own on the motorways, up to the legal limit that is (70mph).

It was in a sorry state when I found it.....



Took 6 months work to get it to this....



That was over 10 years ago. Still going strong, I've put some 24,000 miles on the clock since then (all done with a big smile on my face)
