Too many people running water to keep there pipes from freezing which I did not do as I protected my pipes. Also people that the pipes froze and busted them have also drained the system

No we don't thank god rolling black outs have been averted for the time being as the grid is at MAX capacity we are on the grid with Texas so I am thinking that the loss of the wind turbines has something to do with that so much for green energy not there when you need it.
