I think it's too early, but I don't live in Texas.

Our governor is saying the mask mandate will end 3/31 if certain criteria are met.

I don't want folks getting COVID, and I hope this early lift of the mask mandate doesn't create more COVID cases. That said, the only way some people learn is to suffer the consequences.

I don't see why can't wait until a larger percentage of folks have the vaccine.

The availability of a vaccine doesn't stop COVID!

Not just a bit!

I have daughters who aren't eligible for the vaccine yet, and probably won't take it when they are! I don't want 'em getting COVID just because they act like their brains are fried.

I guess we will find out if the lockdowns were necessary the hard way. I used to live in Texas and have in-laws living there.

I see Mississippi has joined Texas on the mask mandate.

Won't matter. TX has no electricity, so nobody can hear this on the news or cell phone. It'll take 2 months by word of mouth. By then it might be safe. Might be.
