    Nice.

I had to buy a new UPS recently & they're not as big/spread out as they used to be.
A new one of those is 3K I bought them for 300 each the new ones batteries are 96 volts and the old ones are 48 volts I cannot get a BMS ( battery management system) for 96 volts which is required if you do not want to ruin the batteries by over discharging or over charging.

Most of my shoveling was by house. Even though it is overcast the sun is melting the snow.

Nice Charlie, still would like to see the custom buses you built. Handy guy to have around the house.
Here is a picture of a complete battery which there will be two of, the material for the buss bars is on the desk 12" long and 3/4" wide 1/8" thick. I tested the battery and it ran for 6 hours at 750 watts.Last One To Post Wins [183]-screenshot-2021-02-27-10-32-11.jpg

It took 50 hours to recharge the battery the charger in the ups is too small for hurricane use I will have to build a more powerful charger for hurricane use.

Good morning folks, its 20° outside this morning, temps will get into the 30's later today.
Good morning, Mike & Sammy. It's 51° heading for a very wet 58° today and an even wetter 67° tomorrow. No real sun until next Saturday, except for it maybe peeking out on Tuesday.

Morning Mine, Keith, Thomas, Charlie, and John. 39° and a few sprinkles left over from the overnight rain. Steady rain will be all day tomorrow.
Good morning, TC, Bobbi, & Frankie. I think we've had enough wet, what with the 22.5" of snow melting, but we're gonna get more rain.

Talking to my doctor about drugs and side effects. One of the side effects of Tylenol is a headache, go figure.

On the Windows front, this past week every computer in the house refused to sleep on its own. Found that pesky MoUSOCoreWorker running. Either the Adobe Flash removal or the .Net update had failed. PIA

Killed wuauserv and they all sleep peacefully. Wish I had the same fix for me.
    Good morning, Ken.

Scary isn't it. I had microsurgery on a lower eyelid under a local. Bit worrying when the Dr asked the nurse not to go behind him again.
Thank goodness they put me in la-la land for my cataract surgeries!
