Good Afternoon Mike and Sammy I found two UPS's that will do for my power for most of the house I have one right now that I am testing to see if it will do and so far it has passed all my tests, doing a discharge test now and it has gone 4 hours at a 750-watt discharge it should last 6 hours.. Got the UPS for $300 on eBay it is an APC 3000va. A new inverter for this app is $1800 and no used ones to be had this works as good as the one's built for this app I have a second one coming. I have the battery already for the second one just need the material I have arriving to finish the buss bars which have been delayed due to last week's weather.

Glad you got everything almost setup the way you want.....to be honest I have no clue how your setup runs or works. I've always used a generator myself. New Gen is 55 amp max , old one was only 30 amp max. That's why I had to upgrade the transfer switch , old one could not handle anything over 30amps Plus new generator is twice as powerful as old one, and I can use 2 different fuels . It can run on gas or propane or both ....just not at the same time of course. Can switch it over from one fuel to the other while its running.
