    My nasty new TV!

Just bought a few months ago my TV after so many years with my old one (who was getting kinda old) but this one... I dunno... very randomly I try to turn it on and it just won't respond to my remote. When I unplug the power and put it back on via remote, it resets itself (not wiping anything thank goodness) and gives me all the apps again after a little 5 minutes of booting up.

It plays again like a normal Android TV... but after a while (when I turn it off again), the whole thing starts again. So I'm thinking, what can I do about it? Was this a misbuy?

    It's the SONY

So how can I stop this? I also tried everything in the settings to see what's wrong but I can't figure out WHAT.

I would of sent it back the very first time it did that, if it's still under warranty you should send it back

Sony are a huge company and they should have a local user support near you, in the Netherlands check their European Site and report the issue, It could be as simple as an update that you can do yourself

    Hmmmmm.......
My TV plug was in an extension cord box together with other plugs. The help page of the TV said that you had to plug the plug directly into a wall plug. (weird sentence? lol!) If you only understand what I mean, right? Anyways, we look at it and we wait for what happens.
