I'm not sure if I understand you correctly, if you want to do it in 8 forums too, you have to do it again. Or do you mean for your Microsoft account too?(like me) Go to change account settings(start menu>click avatar>change account settings>choose pic.

Only for 10forums, but I can't for 1 reason.
With the URL, I get invalid URL.
If I do it from my computer, the gif effect is gone.

Ok I see let me go to the resize link and try again, back in a few...

I have tried reducing it further but no joy. It probably is too large a file size. I'll see if I take a couple of frames out, if it might work, this might take a while, when/big IF you see it working for me, you'll know if I got it:). then I'll leave a copy here. I I can't fix it, I'll PM you.

I can easily take a couple of frames out of it.

Tried it again, but still doesn't work.

I have tried several things, but no go, try that link I posted to John to create and resized starting from the 2 original images.
