It used to be grown in Ruanda, dunno if still is. Growth/Distribution highly rated and is No 1 in the UK. Very similar to what we used to have in the British Army, hence the popularity in Veteran circles.

Just heard today the simultaneous good and bad news.
Good news: Aussie Tim Tams (chocolate filled wafer biscuits) are on sale in UK now.
If you have never done the Tim Tam Suck (nothing crude), it is great. Bite one end off then the other, then dip tim tam in a cup of Rosie Lee (tea) and suck the tea through the biccie like sucking on a straw.
Mmm delicious.
