Hi Dick.
This was a first for me. I first prepared for the day and discovered it was 4:30 A.M.
Even that was early for me but I did get back to my regular schedule and Fred and I started our walk at 9:00 A.M.

Glad you got it sorted, rolling out of bed is the tricky part.

Interesting, a couple months ago I was asked what I do first thing in the morning and I replied that if I can get up off the floor I go have coffee and toast then get on with my day.

Yep if hitting the floor fails hit the coffee

I cut myself to one cup of espresso a day and have kept it up for 33 years.
Some day I'm going to have two cups.
