Once a week, She is mostly shut down except 7 people, so she is only open Friday
and Saturday, only one helper.

Chores done, first coat of stain on.


Wow is it hot in our garage. I have to keep doors closed so the mud daubers don't start building nests. I had to be out there to get stain off with varsol, my darling hates the smell of varsol.

Just gives you time to recover between sessions.

My leg is strapped in a contraption with what look like shock absorbers either side.
It can be set up to 20 lbs. tension forward and back. You try to lift the leg till
it is straight out then pull it back.
Try tying a 3 lb bag to your leg and doing 40 lifts.
