I know Australia is a long way away from the States, but it's where I live, in Sydney. Win 10 is still not available to me for my tablet. Got it on my desktop. Registered at the same time.
Does anyone know if it's coming later for tablets?

I think its just a waiting game for some devices, from what I have read, if some piece of hardware is not fully ready for 10 then it wont be offered, it should get there
My tablet got it just over a week ago, quite a while from general release
Don't worry, it's a slow roll-out to different devices as paulsalter mentioned. If drivers aren't completely ready for Windows 10, it won't upgrade yet. Of course if you want to get it sooner, you can use the windows 10 download tool and press upgrade there. It will start the upgrade straight away. It is recommended however to wait for the official popup on your specific device to ensure it will work correctly as not all drivers have been checked to see if they work in Windows 10.
I'm in New Zealand and on my machines had one popup on July 29, and another on 9 August. The rest I manually updated using the tool above.
