I forgot what rain was,

2017 or ?- the Thomas fire came very close to my home on two nights.

The powers to be forced me to evacuate my house both nights.

Fred really missed his bed.

Harvey in 2017 August was a slow moving cat4 but it dumped and dumped rain for a long time and flooded just about every where.
So yeah slow moving even cat1 is going to dump some water.

Sally just hit with 110 MPH wind, 1 MPH short of a Cat 3, moving at 2 MPH. It dumped 24" of rain on us and some places got over 30". Slow is not good with hurricanes.
