A note on Mother she has two hart valves and one is failing they have been in use for 20+ years they have an average life of 10 years and she does not want to do anything about it (even if they could) she has a DNR order in place. She is not frail and still gets around well for a woman that is 96 years old. I expect to be staying with her soon if they have not corrected the leak as she will just get weaker and weaker and no longer be able to take care of herself.

Mother is home they seem to think that the generic Coumadin that they put her on is the problem and she has changed back to her old medication brand hope that is the problem, sometimes the generic is not up to snuff.
