Better seems to change based on what happened the day before. My base-line keeps moving. I'm hoping this is the last episode requiring a scalpel, laparoscopic or not. My insurance company is going to have a coronary. I have Medicare and a supplement (not advantage) high deductible plan H. I hit the deductible the first day I walked into the hospital.

None of the above. An angioplasty is an inserted needle into the femoral artery. Just a teeny hole that closes up.
