Hi. I have just purchased a new laptop with Windows 10 which came with 1 years free NETFLIX. However on launching NETFLIX I was prompted to register and add bank details. I ended up being subscribed and paying! I have cancelled (albeit costing me the first months subscription) and my subscription will expire in one month. My question I how do I get the free one running? Grateful for any help. Thanks.
With these things you normally get a voucher code and a url to enter it in the documentation you recieve with the laptop.

Yes, I wondered that, but do you think Argos could offer technical help? I wonder if it should be HP or Microsoft. Suppose they’re not easy to ask though, probably the usual going around in circles, frequently asked questions and all that.
Sorry, don’t understand. The laptop came with the Netflix icon visible, nothing else (apart from the Argos website claiming fee for a year). But clicking the icon led me to registering and paying
Have you got a link to it on the Argos site? I've had a look through and can only see ones with a 30 day trial.
I have just looked too. The offer has now changed to 1 yr Office and MacFree, from 1 ye Office and Netflix
