No smoking, just vaping?

Anyone quit smoking through vaping?

Me and a few guys over on Seven forums quit a year or so back. Thought it would be cool to have a thread on it on here.

Some say it's just as bad for you as smoking, sorry but they need to do their research correctly. I have not felt better in years. I was a smoker for 20 years. It works and it is not bad for your health.

This is not mean't as debate anyway, it's meant as a thread for all vapers to chat about anything vape related. Vape on.

Hi Bob, thanks for the kind words mate. I guess it's been 14 months since I quit now. I started on 24mg nicotine and am down to 1.5mg now so barely any nicotine at all. I will keep dropping until I get to zero nicotine then see how I feel about stopping vaping too.

It's certainly been a massive help, I really have not had any cravings at all for the last year. I don't even think about smoking any more.

I recently saw a shop sign with Vaping in it. I assumed it was a substitute shop for smokers. We have a The Bean Shop near us and they use the water pipes. The smoke in the room is horrible, but their pumpkin malts are great.

I am proud to say I was never a smoker or a vaper but my Dad is a smoker. I think that vaping and smoking are both bad habits and I will never do either.
