No smoking, just vaping?

I think anything you put in your lungs is bad for you. If I had to smoke something I would just go ahead and smoke cigarettes and stop the craving. My sister has smoked since she was 16 and she is around 83 now and I don't even notice a cough from her. And I am not suggesting people start smoking, it is a nasty habit.

    Any other Vapers?

I've been vaping for 3 years since I quit smoking. I'm running a Vaporesso Target box mod with it's tank, iStick 30W with a Kangertech mini sub tank, and my latest, Lucky 7 mechanical with JayBo Indestructible addy. Vaping 3mg juice at this time.

    Any one else?

It's so addicting. Buying Mods is breaking the bank. Lol

I'm weaning myself of nicotine at this time. I'm working on two coworkers to quit and try vaping and given a bit of my gear to them so they will actually try it.

When I was a smoker I was smoking 2 packs a day. Sometimes 3. When the price of cigarettes got to 60 cents a pack I decided it was time to quit. I did it by smoking 1 less cigarette than I had smoked the day before. When I got down to 10 cigarettes I went cold turkey. The first 48 hours was pure H***. After that ever day my craving for cigarettes got less and less. Wish everyone trying to quit the best of luck. It's definitely worth the effort.
