The Cloud Connect is about as large as an over-sized USB stick. While it comes with a USB port, to use it you'll need a device such as an HDTV monitor or a modern laptop with an HDMI or Mobile High-Definition Link (MHL) port. To "install" it, all you need do is plug Cloud Connect into the device, plug in a power-source with the mini-USB port, and you're ready for business.

Interesting read, but it's not something I will ever use.

Agreed just shows that even tablets can become old hat to a computer that you can hook up to the hotel tv in most cases.

You are right, but in my case, I have a perfectly working W7 laptop that I take along with me, when I'm away from home.

I have a W8.1 LT that I take with me also. No need to spend more on extra hardware

I'll stick with my tablet and cell phone while traveling.

I'm a gadget addict so I have a phone, 2 tablets (Android and W8.1), netbook and a laptop that I can bring with me and connect to the hotel TV (as long as it has an available HDMI port).

The Android stick isn't particularly new, they've been around for awhile. I think the thing that attempts to set this apart from the average Android stick is the Wyse software that could allow someone to access their corporate applications from a TV in their hotel room using nothing more than this stick.

It's not the gadgets that bother me, it's all the different power cords and adapters needed.
