That will toggle between light and dark mode themes for the site?

You do that from the selector at the bottom of every page.

If you want a wide version of any skin you can set it using the forum skin width settings at the bottom of the page in your usercp general settings.

Better yet again. Thank you, kind sir. Although, I was unsuccessful at setting Windows 10 Tutorial Index to Dark Mode.

As the tutorial index is an external spreadsheet embedded from Google Sheets there isn't anything I can do about giving it a dark mode (it's not an option they have).
