No, we're still waiting for the guy to get back. Seems the challenge is to get the folks to come out & get things started. My Wife will give them a call today & see WTH is going on, he should have gotten back to us 2 weeks ago. But then my Wife says it's the end of the season & a lot of stuff is going on with the contractors.

Still, no excuse not to call & let us know as far as I'm concerned.

Yes Borg contractors are getting worse than doctors. Over commit and under deliver. I call my clients when I can't make it. That cuts off the issue at the pass. They maybe unhappy but at least they know where they stand.

Yep, I've found it's quite the challenge to get them to actually show up, even for an estimate. . My Wife says they are notorious for that.
