Well, they do, it says "self retracting" but I never really investigated what that meant. I've only had those syringes 1 or 2 times.
But very nice, the needles can't be reused & I can put them in the regular garbage now since there's no more sharp point. We have to normally take them to the hospital for proper disposal.
I'm going to have to try to take one apart & see how it all works.

Borg in our region we just go to the waste transfer station and ask for a sharp disposal bin. Those yellow ones you see at medical facilities. They give you one for free. I use it for needles, when we had a cat, and sharp blades from my utility knives. Free is nice but I guess I really pay for it through my taxes.
