So one of her friends called us yesterday, she has a older mini fridge (This is for her whole apartment). She was moving it with her friend, they banged it against something & wanted to know why it was hissing.

I asked her are there were a bunch of pipes on the back side & did she hit those on anything? She said "I think...." I told her you probably punctured the cooling system and you might as well throw it out now. She asked if she could just put a piece of tape over the pipe & if that would fix it.

I said no, that won't fix it. She said "What about duct tape?" I said "No, not even that will help."

So here they were with only about 1/2 the money to buy a new one. So we put in the other 1/2 for her & she had a friend with a truck run up & get the new one.

Yeah, would be nice if duct tape could fix those problems, but she kept asking why it wouldn't fix it. Had to explain the whole "under high pressure" thing to them.

The storm is supposed to come up the coast slowly so guess we'll see if we get any fallout from that.

Friday or Saturday for me, but I am not close to the shore, so worst I would see is a little wind and rain .....maybe.

Cool couple morns. Grocery store was pretty empty yesterday mon to my surprise.

Got a doc appt morrow morn, since it isn't my Wife's appt, getting that over with at 9:30 AM. Asked her if she wanted to come along. She gave me a look & I guess i'm going alone....

We're not near the shore either, but if it starts to go inland then we could see a good amount of rain.

Good Morning Folks, back still hurts. I see a Doctor on Friday. Maybe it will get better by then, it has in the past.

Yeah, it always seems to work that way doesn't it? Set up a doc appt & then it gets better by the time you get to see him. Hope you feel better soon.

Well, my Wife says I need to run to the store, they're having a BOGO sale on something she likes & she just cleared out some room in the freezer so we can stock up.
