Morning Borg. I had all my basement windows capped years ago. Not sure why the folks that had the new windows put in didn't but no way I wanted the maintenance.

Yeah, the guy told us it was only like $25 more per window & they would be maintenance free so that sounded good to us. We're not getting them all done, just the ones that get a lot of exposure to the elements. The ones out of the direct sun/rain are in good shape & will just get painted.
