    where they are providing basic, true, and objective medical or health knowledge and information without marketing their medicine or service or popping up ads which looks like they are exaggerating or even faking the information

    depends on who is selling what. Here in the UK the NHS site is probably the most informative as their lives depend on it!!! But there are also quack sites which, if caught, just republish on a diff name
