    Morning Computiac.

Saw on the news E Coast had some pretty bad flooding in places, hope you didn't get any of that.

    Mornin' Dr.Borg, no flooding here.
I'm near the top of a small hill so all the rain water goes by me.

So we heard fireworks all weekend, that was to be expected.

Last night about dusk the house at the end of the street starts lighting them off. On a Monday night. Loud ones too.

One of the people in a nearby house starts yelling at them, they keep on shooting them off & yell something back. Next thing someone yells is "They're on the way." Yep, cops showed up.

About 15 mins after they leave, another house on the street below us starts lighting some off, also loud. Some lady next door to them yells at them, they get quiet for about 5 mins, then start shooting them off again. Lady comes back out & yells even more. Then things finally go quiet.

Been the 4th that wouldn't end around here, so it seems. I can see setting them off on the weekend, but a Mon night when most folks had to or have to go back to work. WTH?

We're way up a hill also, but I guess we do have to worry about mudslides.
