Yep, you can do a lot with a batch of pre-cooked noodles.
My wife cooks them, lets them drain & leaves them to dry for about 15 mins, so they aren't too wet. Then puts them in a bag & keeps them in the fridge. She says you have to let them dry for a bit before putting them in the bag, or they get slimy/mushy in the fridge.
Another use - you can put a layer of them in a bowl, add a layer of spaghetti sauce, then some shredded cheese & pepperoni. Zap it in the microwave for 2 mins & you have an quick pasta dish.
Glad to hear it. Supposed to be low humidity & only mid 80's here for the rest of the week....so they say now at least.
Afternoon Paul.
Well, thought I had more time but my Wife just yelled up, said she started the noodles so I have to go get the chicken salad & the chopped celery & onions. Our market sells the onions/celery pre-chopped, so she's happy about that. So am I actually, means I don't have to help chop up things.
You all take care & have a good safe day.
Morning Mike

Had to call lumber shop. Some of it was damaged, which I expected. Guys with the skid trucks are brutal.
