Evening, folks. It's still 86° with sunshine. I didn't think the The Weather Channel dudes were right; this is three days in a row they've been wrong.

It doesn't really hit me until post shower and dinner. I have started making sure to eat right after the shower so it has time to digest. I usually hit the bed around 8 but yesterday I literally dragged myself to bed at 7 ish.

I find if I drink a ton of water I do better.

The weather people need new computers Wynona. I swear some days they just use one of those Kings and Anchor wheels and give it a spin.
