no pimoroni order yet ,i chose the wrong shipping method with tracking ,thought it might be quicker and wouldn't get lost , order shipped on the 22nd and tracking shows it left UK on the 24th ,and thats where tracking stops, click on Canada post link to continue tracking and the number finds nothing , i email pimoroni last night and they email back this response.
    Hi Jack,

Sorry to hear your order hasn't arrived yet! We'd normally expect international parcels to arrive within 10 working days from dispatch, but I believe Canada Post are currently having some problems processing international post into the country which is causing delays - Canada Post reveals it is the reason for lengthy parcel delays | CTV News . The Royal Mail tracking should update once Canada Post process the parcel.

    Kind regards,
    Hel

Been there done that, Tracking stops when it leaves the UK. It will get updated to delivered once you sign for it. I've waited a good two weeks once or twice in the past. The usual delivery time is pretty close to 10 days going signed and tracked.
Thing is I don't recall seeing the "International Standard (5-10 business days)" option until the other day? If it had been there before I would have used it as I'm a cheap SOB, lol. It may depend on what you order and or how much your order totals out at as to what shipping options get displayed?
I almost got one order resent. Just when they were going to reship it, it arrived. They had everything in the box ready to go out the door and did one last check on delivery status. The no tracking I blame on Canada Post.. And the long delivery times. Its usually out of the UK pretty quickly.
It still sucks waiting and wanting something you know is "in the mail" and "on its way".

of the 20 order in the last 3 yrs ,i use tracking shipping 4 time ,once in 20 jan 2017 and the last 3 orders ,the last 3 were a little long i think ,but because i cant wait to get the pi4 this one seems even longer ,lol
dont see price as reason for the different options ,,one of the last 3 was only 48$ the other were 2 in the 90's, and was 164.00 ,, i guess i have to just be patience ,,,

I had a look at my order history and see it was used by me a couple of times, back in 2017? Those two orders were under $50 Canadian. I will be watching for it and using it when I can now though. I think they would ship another if it was lost anyway. Hope I never have to find out, knock on wood.

That is a long wait. And it sucks when its new tech you want to get your hands on.

I've been going through all my boxes of Pi stuff and doing an inventory and updating a text file of the Pi 's I have and what they are hooked up to. And what version of Raspbian each one is running.
I have 20 Pi's on hand. Of which 7 or 8 see daily use. All but one now have a running OS on them though. I'm just one SD card shy now. I'll fix that next order placed.

I got the order recieved on my PI 4B just about right away. It didn't actually ship until a few days latter, 3 or 4 days if I remeber correctly. It then took pretty well two weeks to get it. I don't remeber exactly how many days it was. At least 10 anayway.
