I will/would love to buy the extra camera instead of sending it back ,I would pay them for it .. i was in Halifax for 2 1/2 days and didn't take my laptop,so i got a few post.emails to check up on .. to see if i can see where my pi 4 8gb might be

Just waiting to see what they say. They may wait until the second one actually shows up to decide. The only order I'm waiting on now is the one with the Lego servo's in it. That shipped July 7 so it will be a while yet.
Been busy puppy training lately. We got ourselves a mixed breed puppy. Bernese Mountain dog and something? We think there is more something in her than Bernese Mountain dog. She has some of the colors, but really short hair, and webbed toes. Really webbed toes right out to the ends. Mountain dogs are hunters not fishers and don't have webbed feet like water breeds do. And they have really long hair. We suspect she has some Lab in her which is what I wanted all along. 10 weeks old now, about 6 pounds? She has her first vet visit this week to be weighed and get her first round of needles etc. Pretty well house trained which was really easy this time around. She seems to be a really smart dog, doesn't know her name yet though? We called her Missy. I'll post a pick when I get a chance, I have to crop it to make it smaller to be able to upload it. Not awake enough to want to do that now, lol.
Tested my new camera and lens. All Ok, easy to focus and lock in place. You can also adjust for the light with the F stop ring. A big step in usability over the older camera. And I see Pimoroni have a microscope lens and holder in stock for it. I just have to get a tripod or make up some kind of stand to make use of mine. I may just go to Staples and or Best Buy and buy a small camera tripod and be done with it. As long as its 1/4 40 it will work.
I'm a bit confused at the moment, If I look under my order history on Pimoroni I see this?

I'll likely know one way or the other early next week. I e-mailed them that the MIA one showed up. If the replacement did ship I'm fine with them billing me for it and selling it to you. If it ends up being a freebe, I'm keeping it though. Just so you know.
I'll have a free older version 2.1 you can have though, if that happens. =) I currently have 5 camera setups on the go, two of which are pan tilts. And one of the others is with a telephoto lens, but its not ideal.
