By the way, as you can clearly hear, his English accent is quite hard. In fact, my spoken English sounds like that, too. We Finns call the accent "Rally English", because our famous Formula and rally drivers have made it known:

Something about this feels off to me. Staged perhaps? Strange that Smith would sit there laughing, then later decide to get up and slap Rock. Not so sure I'm buying it.

Last word, if real, Chris Rock handled it with grace. Kudos to him, for not reacting differently.

Right until he got slapped Rock thought Smith was joking somehow. I think Smith has some emotional issues and no fun watching some comedian making a joke about your wife's medical issue. Still, no excuse. It will be interesting to see if there is any backlash as far as his career

I think it was very controlled of Will Smith, I'd have not just slapped him. Comedy based on peoples disabilities / afflictions is not acceptable in any context
