Sometimes bad things happen. But it's kind of a relief to know that someone got your back.
My Kanto YU5 speakers died after almost 2 years. With just almost 2 months left on my warranty, the manufacturer stepped up and told me to destroy my YU5 and they will send an upgraded replacement (YU6) to me for free. And it only took less than 48hrs of email communication to resolve my issue.
