Is it this? I had to go into it and tell each of the 3 nags to shut up. if so, click OneDrive icon, more, settings, Backup, Manage Backup, and tell them all to be quiet.

Ok I think, I just unchecked all 3 of them....I hardy ever use it anyhow.

Nope now after unchecking them its on my taskbar, and I can't exit or remove it from taskbar....

Nevermind....closed it...lol
