    Morning / afternoon all.

    Rainy and cool here.

I think the Arkansas river empties into the Mississippi and it is hitting record levels, expected 4 feet over current record, and that is just one tributary of the mighty Mississippi. Flooding everywhere.

See they had tornadoes in Dayton Ohio yesterday.

Build yourself a bunker and an ark.

Yep it is they predict 8 foot of water in its flood way Many thousand acres of farm land and a few homes will be flooded and there is no choice but to open it up as the pressure on the levees down stream will be over topped and cause them to fail.
Was reading about it. It's to protect Baton Rouge & New Orleans isn't it. Hope it doesn't do too much damage.

Wow, I would be there watching live, from a very safe distance of course.

There was some other spillway they opened yesterday and it would produce 100,000+ cubic feet of water per second. Can't get my head around that stat. Can't find where I saw that but will look again.

It's tomorrow, Bob, and not a whole lot better, although it seems the antibiotics are making some headway. Still sleeping a lot.
