I have noticed an issue with 1903 here. My File Explorer will just stop working and say "working on it" but never loads. I have to restart Windows Explorer from Task Manager. It has happened 3 or 4 times now since the upgrade.

Sorry your having a problem AD .... You could try this, it has helped some folks AD...Backup 1st...
