Still waiting for MB tech support ....to fix issue....been chatting and emailing with tech for last hour.
I assume you've tried the MBAM Clean.

Problem according to MB is too many activation's ...only MB can reset it...
It thinks its on a new computer....Windows update messed it up..
Well a very productive afternoon. I have finally bit the bullet and upgraded my old W7 lappy to W10. A nice clean install of 1903. Got to do a bit of work on it still but runs much better than W7.
