Not for the video card Bob, I always get those from Evga..... it came out on the 9th of this month. Took me 2 days to finally get it to install. Just got it installed about an hour ago, after try 5 or 6 trys

Maybe if you wait for the next Nvidia Driver release and then try it.

When you boot up Windows, when your background screen shows up, with what ever profile pic you choose, mine is a pic of Sammy. Is the background display all blurry??? Mine is .....they also change background scenes ....but that is normal. But it should not be fuzzy and blurry.

That's the New Acrylic Focus Background effect. Intended to focus your attention on the login box. Like some Facebook posted vids you see. Narrow focus on the subject matter.
Lovely, isn't it. It can be turned off.

You have Winaero Tweaker. And it's in settings. Here: Disable Blur on Sign-in Screen in Windows 10

Also going to make an image backup before I start changing the font sizes .....way to small by default.
