Today I've noticed a time limit, at least on my connections. Seems it is 10 minutes, they log you off and you wait 10 minutes. Helping the people I help takes longer than 10 minutes.

Any recommendations for a free tool that is easy for an end users to use, shows a fidelity view of desktop?

I don't mind setting up end client session but from that point it has to be easy for them to start.

Quick assist with RDP?

I have no experience with it (it's part of the system), but Wynona used it once or twice, if i remember correctly. Simrick gave some help... where is Simrick lately. Chocolate cake anybody?

Thanks Andre. Just a walk through test and it look like it will do what I want it to do. Guess I'll stop recommend Teamviewer to people. I really do understand their position if I was benefiting.
