At class one lady said her machine was acting up. Actually 1809 was failing and it was in loop of downloading, installing, failing and starting over. Beside her, her friend is on 1709 and it is stuck. AVG will neither install nor uninstall. Beside her the guy has Mindspark search tool and extensions he says he never installed. You can see the search hijacks as you walk around the room.


Yes Keith might be a little bit of the pride thing, have to help them without them feeling like they don't know. What ever it is the average machine is a mess.
