Delivered that pc to my friends house yesterday, but he had told me 3 days ago he copied all the personal files he wanted unto a USB stick....photos, text files, etc... Well after I got there he had one file on his usb stick and nothing else. I tried to copy them but his old pc is so messed up and SLOW it gave a time of 254 mins to copy about 24 folders.......and that was just a small amount that he needed to copy. So I told him to copy all those files and tell me when its done.

Then his wife asked me to look at her Windows laptop .....oh boy what a mess that was......its 1 year old, with Win 10 Pro installed and it was on build 1803 She had turn Windows update off......also they had never cleaned anything on either PC ....didn't even know how to use Disk Cleanup, .....I deleted about 20gigs off her lappy using just disk cleanup, that took about 1 hour to complete . Updated her lappy 3 times, but her Windows is still on build 1803 .......I was there 4 hours. Had to leave, going back in a couple days.

My friend's lappy is in a similar state. I offered to fix it but he said no.
